Archive of Steve Kidwell's web site - Steve was 1998 AAU Mr. USA - Overall Champion. He wrote the FAQ on Bodybuilding Competition. I don't know if he died or if he just closed down his web site, but an archive from late 2003 is available.

Jesse Marunde - Jesse, strongman and personal trainer, trained under J.V. Askem and has several of Askem's articles on his site along with a few other interesting articles. Sadly, both men are now deceased, but it seems that Jesse's wife has kept his web site around, and a mirror of Askem's web site is available at http://jva.ontariostrongman.ca.

He was a weightlifting and strongman coach, author, writer, and held Washington state deadlift records in the masters age group.
